8 Teams entered, only one survived.
It was a nice mix of some newer teams getting used to the sand (coming from indoor) and some veteran teams that are very familiar with the sand volleyball game. After a quick round of pool play, 4 teams advanced to play-offs.

The final match was a dual between previous winners Viv & Jolie vs the new “upstart” team Nick & Kathleen. The match was tight throughout. You can view the full match here:
